Named after a nature reserve on Iceland's northernmost peninsula, the Hornstrandir jacket is built to withstand harsh winter conditions.

Perfect for hiking, climbing, mountaineering, tour skiing, and other sports that require technical, sturdy, and comfortable clothing, the Hornstrandir is a high-tech jacket made from highly breathable three-layer Gore-Tex® Pro fabric and is waterproof to 28,000 mm/24hrs. The jacket's material on its sides is stretchy, making it optimal for movement, while the shoulders and elbows feature reinforced fabric to improve durability. There are 4 external pockets and one internal safety pocket for electronic devices. The jacket has a drawstring at both the hem, to keep out snow and cold, and in the cap of the jacket in case you want to tighten it around helmet. The jacket runs true-to-size.

Ce manteau est idéal pour la randonnée, l’escalade, l’alpinisme, le ski de randonnée ou toute autre activité nécessitant le port de vêtements techniques, robustes et confortables. Le manteau Hornstrandir est un modèle haut de gamme fabriqué à partir de tissu Gore-Tex® Pro à trois couches hautement respirant et imperméable offrant une cote d’imperméabilité de 28 000 mm/24 h. Ses panneaux latéraux extensibles permettent une grande liberté de mouvement et ses renforts aux épaules et aux coudes assurent une meilleure durabilité. Il est doté de quatre poches externes et d’un poche interne sécuritaire pour appareils électroniques. Le manteau est également pourvu d’un cordon de serrage à l’ourlet pour empêcher la neige et le froid de s’infiltrer à l’intérieur du vêtement et au capuchon pour permettre un ajustement précis autour du casque. La taille de ce manteau est fidèle au guide de tailles.
